“Chandrababu’s invitation was unbelievably warm,” Sinha said. “We flew down to Hyderabad just to explore the possibility. But from the moment we landed, we were astonished. His vision, hospitality, and enthusiasm made it clear that he meant business. He offered us land, infrastructure, and complete freedom to operate — no conditions attached.”
That decisive move tilted the balance. The ISB campus was built in Hyderabad — the city that would soon become the symbol of India’s tech and education boom.
